Founded in 2025 by a close-knit group of childhood friends who all attended and graduated from Chamblee High School, 3688 Kinship Collective was built on the belief that success is strongest when shared. We are more than an organization, we are a movement dedicated to uplifting individuals and communities through professional growth, leadership development, youth mentorship, and access to higher education.

Our team brings together a diverse range of expertise, spanning real estate development, finance, media, music, plumbing, construction, handyman services, marketing, and sports coaching. With professionals experienced in building and property management, financial strategy, creative industries, and hands-on trade skills, we offer a well-rounded approach to mentorship and career development.
